Web developer responsible for the layout, visual appearance and usability of a website. This role may overlap with that of a Multimedia programmer and web architect. Using a combination of graphic design skills and technical knowledge of how web pages are created, the work involves:
* liaising closely with a customer or client at the design stage and finding the answers to questions about why the site is needed, who the target audience will be, who the leading competitors are, etc;
* producing a design that will be attractive to the target user, has a logical navigation system and has all the features required;
* writing web pages in a combination of codes, such as HTML and XHTML, CSS, Javascript, Actionscript, ColdFusion, .Net, Flash, or using code-generating programs, such as Dream weaver and Visual Studio;
* deciding on how images and other material will be digitally optimized and presented for the web;
* ensuring that material on the web site is accessible to all groups including those with disabilities;
* testing the site for functionality in different browsers and at different resolutions;
* fixing errors.

Junior Database Administrator @ Union Group

Description
 Perform regular daily database operations including; problem resolution, performance monitoring, and tuning…etc to ensure proper work operation.  Participate in production system on-call rotation to ensure proficiency.  Test and document database installations, upgrades and configuration standards to ensure alignment.  Tune databases to optimize performance to ensure high level of performance.  Participate in performing and maintaining required capacity plan to provide proper support.  Implement security measures to safeguard databases against accidental or unauthorized damage, modification or disclosure.  Maintain databases operation procedures to ensure alignment with company policies and procedures.  Responsible for deploying backup and ensure the ability to restore.  Perform any other tasks related to the position as required.
Qualifications
 University degree in any discipline (Computer science preferable).  1-2 years of relevant experience in Oracle Database.  Knowledge of SQL server will be a plus.  Experience of Microsoft SQL-Server 2005/2008.  Strong understanding of Database structures and administration.  Solid experience authoring complex database queries.  Knowledge of network architecture, configuration management is appreciated.  Very Good English language.  Communication, interpersonal, and team work skills.  Well organized, hard worker with strong documentation skills.  Problem solving & customer service skills.  High desire to continually update knowledge.

• Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills and positive professional attitude is required.
• Advanced MS Office skills preferred.
• Must demonstrate competence in performing cold calling, networking, target marketing to specific alliance prospects, and have advanced selling skills and existing relationships.
